204-home PD community, with two to four-bedroom homes in a trend-setting New England style.  Completed 1986.

Cedar Heights - Vancouver, Washington

110 semi-custom condominium homes with a clubhouse.  A gate-guarded community with floor plans ranging from 1,200 to 1,912 square feet.

Cobblestone - Modesto, California

150-home gate-guarded community on smaller “wide-exposure” lots, with home sizes between 1,029 and 1,548 square feet.

Country Classic II - Modesto, California

90-lot subdivision including 72 single-family homes and 21 duplex/multi-family dwellings.  Completed 1980.

Ellsworth Springs - Vancouver, Washington

84 semi-custom condominium homes with a clubhouse, swimming pool and spa in a gated community with floor plans ranging from 1,200 to 1,912 square feet.

Heather Glen - Waterford, California

70-lot mid-price sub-division featuring large lots and floor plans ranging from 1,300 to 1,800 square feet.

Heritage Estates - Modesto, California

152-home subdivision featuring floor plans of 1,515 to 2,165 square feet and wide range of popular elevations. 

Heritage Estates - Los Banos, California

151-lot subdivision with some lots as large as 10,000 square feet.  Floor plans from 1,778 to 2,434 square feet.

Lakewood Village - Modesto, California

45-unit condominium complex, built and unsuccessfully marketed by another company, then purchased, upgraded and sold-out in four months by Grant Development Company.

Normandy Park - Modesto, California

45-unit townhouse/condominium complex completed in 1981.

Pine Meadows - Modesto, California

36-unit apartment complex completed in 1980.

River Glen - Ceres, California

49-homes from 1,525 to 2,165 square feet on lots between 6,000 and 7,500 square feet.  Completed 1989. 

River Glen - Riverbank, California

194-home, upper price-level subdivision, with lots from 6,000 to 10,000 square feet.  Floor plans range from 1,300 to 2,434 square feet.

Sherwood Gardens - Modesto, California

         72-unit apartment/patio complex, completed 1979.

Sonoma Plaza - Modesto, California

113-lot subdivision of traditional single-family homes, completed 1978.

Steamboat Landing - Vancouver, Washington

146-lot master-planned community and marina facility, offering views of the Columbia River and semi-custom homes ranging from 1,940 to 2,485 square feet.

Stonegate - Modesto, California

Exclusive 65-lot subdivision with 27 semi-custom homes built by Grant Development Company and 38 lots developed and sold to custom-home builders.

The Country II - Escalon, California

26 additional homes adjacent to sold-out 55 lot “The Country” subdivision.  Lots from 6,000 to 8,000 square feet, floor plans 1,548 to 2,250 square feet.

Walnut Woods - Modesto, California

240-lot subdivision featured Modesto’s most popular new home series ever.  Home sizes from 1,128 to 1,920 square feet with 27 elevations, on 9 different floor plans.

Windom Heights - Modesto, California

69-home PD subdivision featuring innovative zero-lot-line two-story homes ranging from 1,330 to 1,762 square feet.  Completed in 1989.

Cinema Air - Carlsbad, California

A 3.6-million dollar F.B.O. hangar, avionics shop and two-store office complex.  Completed 1988.

First Interstate Bank - Modesto, California

A conventionally-constructed, single-story financial building, completed in 1986 and located at one of the city’s more highly-visible intersections.

Grant Industrial Park -Stockton, California

A fully-improved, M-1 zoned industrial park with 17 lots ranging from .64 to 2.8 acres.  Anchored by a Goodyear Tire/Truck Service Center built by Grant Development Company, the Park features an electric supply company, plumbing products, marine accessories, building supply and communications facility.

Grossman’s Lumber Company

Four distribution and home-improvement centers built throughout the Southwest in 1980 and 1981 for a total cost of three-plus million dollars.

Northgate Village Shopping Center - Modesto, California

40,000 square feet of retail and professional space, including 22 tenant improvements and free-standing wood-frame buildings.  Major tenants include California Federal Savings and Loan, Dean Witter Reynolds, Orowheat, Command Performance, and Aetna Finance.  Completed 1979 and managed by Grant Realty Group/PPMG.

Oakdale Plaza - Modesto, California

A 36,000 square foot wood-frame, multiple-building complex containing 19 tenant improvements.  Major tenants are Round Table Pizza, Bank of America Finance, Kentucky Fried Chicken.  Completed 1978 and managed by PPMG.

Ceres Business Park - Ceres, California

An 82-acre, M-2 zoned business/industrial complex, the Park features two ready-for-occupancy concrete tilt-up buildings and numerous existing steel-framed facilities, some with rail access.

The Crossroads Shopping Center - Modesto, California

A 15-acre full-service shopping center anchored by a Richland Market, Long’s Drugs and McDonald’s.  Festive, innovatively designed, small-to-large retail/office space and free-standing pads.

Gunnell Aviation - Santa Monica, California

A six-million-dollar, 166,000 square foot all-steel aviation complex, including executive terminal, service hangers, corporate hangers and fuel farm.

Red Lion Hotel/Centre Plaza Office Tower - Modesto, California

A 30-million-dollar project adjacent to the city of Modesto’s new community facility, featuring eight floors of world-class hotel accommodations, entertainment, fine dining and banquet facilities.  Four upper floors of executive office space and ground-floor retail/restaurant space.
